I studied English language and literature in Sarajevo, started my career at KLM and Hewitt Associates in Brussels, and then spent almost two decades building and leading my own companies.
Today I coach and mentor people one to one, and I host the InsideOut podcast. I have more than 1,000 coaching hours behind me.
My way of working comes down to one idea: everything is connected. How you feel, think, sleep and work all influence each other. Most people who come to me don't need a new life. They need a fresh perspective and a gentle nudge. So I look at the whole picture, connect the dots with you, and we find your next step.
I speak Dutch, English, French and Bosnian (Serbo-Croatian), and I work in Sint-Niklaas, Dendermonde, Willebroek, Zaventem, Brussels and online.

I never work from a template. I look at the whole picture, because everything is connected: mind, body, emotions, work and what gives your life meaning. Then I build coaching, mentoring and wellness guidance around you, your situation and your goals.

- Over 20 years of studying and practising wellness and healthy living: balance, energy, rest and recovery, in a practical and non-medical way.
- Professional training and accreditation: ICF PCC, EMCC Global Individual Accreditation and Certified Master Mentor (CTA).
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): certified practitioner. A tool for clearer communication and lasting change.
Accredited to international standards
ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC): the International Coaching Federation sets the global standard for professional coaching. The credential is based on verified training and coaching hours, a competency assessment and an exam.
EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA): the European quality standard for coaches and mentors, based on proven practice, ethics and supervision.
