International Coaching Federation · ICF Credentials and Standards
The global benchmark for professional coaching. The PCC credential is based on verified coach-specific training, documented coaching hours, a performance assessment and the ICF Credentialing Exam. ICF credential holders commit to the ICF Code of Ethics and renew every three years with continuing education.
European Mentoring & Coaching Council · Practitioner level
The European quality standard for coaches and mentors. EIA is awarded on evidence of practice, client hours, reflective learning, supervision and adherence to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. Seka is a member of EMCC Belgium.
Coach Transformation Academy (CTA), ICF-accredited coach training provider · IMC-accredited
Mentor training accredited by the International Mentoring Center (IMC), completed under the supervision of Dr. Haris Syed, Ph.D., MCC. Qualifies for the IMC Certified Professional Mentor and Certified Master Mentor credentials.
